We do not sell virtual or physical goods. Those who order Illicit Awakening Gaming Premiere virtual assistance/consulting services may get access to virtual items based on the type of assistance/consulting service they have ordered. Players do not own accounts, characters, items or anything else ingame. We do not sell anything on the server, we do not sell access to the server, and we do not sell the service aswell. We do not exchange virtual items/goods which users may use in this service.
Virtual Items are all flagged, and noted and logged when created. We do not replace donations items which are lost do to game play. In a some cases items could be returned if the items displacement is found under a violation. However, if you lose an issued donation item and have a clear unaltered screenshot of you dropping it in the status/chat window and time and date, we may beable to return the item to the character which it was issued to. You also understand that GMs do not have access to items at this level, only an administrator can resolve this issue.

Rules and Regulations.
All Players are subject to the rules and regulations stated below. Failure to follow the rules; are you subject to loss of experience, loss of character(s) level, loss of skill points, loss of character(s)'s skills, getting pked by the GMs, and/or termination of account access.
Basic Rules:
- Please respect the rights of others and their rights to play on this server.
- You will not spam, floor or zerg the chat. Players found creating problems are subject to loss of experience and/or termination of account access.
- You may not impersonate any GM, and do not ask to become a GM.
- You may not use explicit, threatening, abusive, or racially offensive language.
- You may not violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Using offensive language and/or personal verbal attacks to GM are subject to loss of experience, loss of character(s) level, loss of skill points, getting pked by the GMs, and/or termination of account access.
- Do not Beg other players for adena or ingame items, Do not ask GMs for adenas or ingames items.
- GMs do not give players ingame items of any type, and do not give players abnoraml ingame player stats.
- GMs do not give experience, skill points, and/or level(s) to players for any reason. Even if there is client/server lag and your character takes loss of experience.
- Excessive "begging" of players for ingame items, ingame currency, GM and/or abnoraml status, experience, skill points, and/or level(s) will be subject to loss of experience, loss of character(s) level, loss of skill points, getting pked by the GMs, and/or termination of account access.
- Items ingame are "as is" If you lose an item for any reason it will not be returned.
- All items trades are final, you are liable for an loss of items.
- You will NOT use 3rd party programs such as L2walker. If found, your account will be terminated.
- You may not "grief buff" players which are in "white name" status.
- Scamming players ingame for adena is not allowed.
- Illicit Awakening Gaming does not, and will not support the sale of buffs in towns or peace zones. Illicit Awakening Gaming reserves the right at to terminate account access to anyone at anytime who is selling buffs intown without any prior notice. GMs can jail any player selling buffs in town without any prior notice.
Player vs. Player Rules:
This is a PvP (Player vs. Player) Server, and the GMs do not police PvP, unless a violation is found, otherwise PvP is open for all.
Account Rules:
- You may have one account per email address.
- Do no make an excessive number of accounts, im not posting a "number" limit, but just keep it within reason.
- You may 2box, GMs have the right to ask you to disconnect your boxed accounts from the server at anytime for any reason.
- You may not share your account with another player. You are responsible for all action on your account. We do not restore any lost ingame items, ingame currency, experience, skill points, and/or level(s) or any other status if your account is found shared.
- If your account is "hacked" we do not restore any lost ingame items, ingame currency, experience, skill points, and/or level(s) or any other status. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure.
- Terminated accounts will no longer be active, and will never be un-terminated.
Exploit Rules:
- You will not exploit any bugs and whatnot.
- Players found perching (attacking a mob from an elevated place or position in which the mob is unable to attack back and/or function as designed) may result in the following, player is deleveled to 1 and/or termination of account access.
- Using any 3rd party programs, apps, hacks, cracks.
- The Adena limit is 2147483647 or [(2^31)-1], if you go over this your adena will be messed up, and we do not fix this problem.
