ProphetNumber of Buffs: 15
Icon Buff Name Description
Acumen This buff increases your cast speed. This is a must have for any class that uses spells such as Mages and Healers.
Berserker Spirit This buff increases several stats but also decreases some too. The stats that are increased are Physical Attack, Attack Speed, Magic Attack, Cast Speed and Run Speed but the stats that are lowered are Physical Defence and Magic Defence. These are lowered quite alot, so be wary when using these. Buff this on any class if you are trying to deal damage, but don't buff them on a Tank class, or a Healer if want to survive in PVP.
Bless the Body This buff increases a players max HP by a large amount, this is a buff EVERY class must have on and generally you need it as one of your last buffs so you will always have it even if you are 'debuffed' by other players.
Bless the Soul This buff increases a players max MP by a large amount, this is a buff that is useful on classes with very low MP or ones that will use it up very quickly in urgent situations. It's probably best to use this on a Warcryer, Overlord, Bishop, Elven Elder or Shillien Elder, possibly even a Sorcerer.
Death Whisper This buff increases a players damage on a critical hit. It's a MUST HAVE for any class that uses melee or ranged NORMAL HITS. Skills are not effected by this buff. Use on any melee class (but not daggers) or ranged class. Healers do not need this.
Focus This buff increases a players critical rate, this is good for dagger classes (you wont need it on a plainswalker) and any other melee or ranged class aside from mages or healers. This effects dagger skill land rate which is why it would be useful for them.
Guidance This buff increases a players accuracy and generally is used when fighting characters such as a dagger class or archer class (Plains Walkers mainly however). This should be used only when you need it to beat a certain class with high evasion. Only melee and ranged characters will use this, any magic caster or healer does not need accuracy. This is best to use in conjuction with Dance of Inspiration.
Haste This buff is increases a player attack speed by a large amount. This is one of the must haves for any non mage/healer class. Generally don't keep this as a first buff, although if you have attack speed potions you can rebuff it but it can be a pain to do so whilst in the middle of PVP.
Magic Barrier This buff increases a players Magic Defence, this is generally a good buff to have on any character but once again it depends on the situation. Always buff it on a dagger class, tank, healer or mage however.
Mental Shield This buff increases a players resistance to Sleep, Root, Silence & Fear. This is great to use when fighting against mages as it can tip the balance in a fight. Tanks and Mages generally have this, but buff it on your class if you know you will be fighting a mage type class. Generally buff this as a first buff.
Might This buff increases a players Physical Attack, this is a must have for all melee characters and ranged characters apart from dagger classes and mages or healers.
Regeneration This buff increases a players regen of HP and MP, this is great to use on a class that uses a lot of MP up and doesn't have a skill to get back HP/MP such as a Sorcerer, Shillien Knight, Temple Knight, Paladin, Dark Avenger, Treasure Hunter, Necromancer, Bishop, Shillien Elder, Elven Elder, Plains Walker, Abyss Walker, Overlord or Warcryer. Generally buff this as one of the first buffs if you are heading out for PVP.
Prophecy of Fire This buff increases a lot of stats on a whole, these are Physical Attack, Attack Speed, Accuracy, Crit rate, Critical Damage. This is useful for using on classes where you will just want to deal raw damage, melee or ranged. Do not use this on a mage class or a healers. Keep this as a last buff.
Shield This buff increases a players Physical Defence, must have for all characters except in extreme situations.
Wind Walk This buff increases a players run speed. This is a buff every class needs and generally HAS to have on at all times. Keep a windwalk potion or two on you incase it is removed.




ElderNumber of Buffs: 12
Icon Buff Name Description
Advanced Block This buff increases your physical defence, but only if you are wearing heavy armor. Good on tank classes, or heavy armor classes that need physical defence.
Agility This buff increases your evasion, generally used for on Plains Walkers and Abyss Walkers, but also good on Silver Rangers.
Divine Protection This buff increases your resistance against dark attacks and paralize. Good for when fighting against a Warcryer, Necromancer, Overlord, Shillien Knight or when in high level areas with Monsters that use drains such as in CoT.
Elemental Protection This buff increases your resistance against Wind, Fire and Water based attacks. A good all rounder buff for when fighting multiple types of mages. This is a must have on any healer.

Prophecy of Water This buff is an all rounder buff which you can only have one of, just like prophecy of fire, wind and chant of victory. It increases your MP and HP regeneration, increases your physical defence, magical defence and evasion by a large amount.
Resist Shock This buff increases your resistance to stun attacks. This is very useful if you are fighting either archers that use stun alot, or a dwarf / destroyer / dark avenger / temple knight. When buffed with Invocation and a resist shock armor such as majestic, it's very hard to be stunned.

Icon Buff Name Description
Chant of Victory This buff is also a prophecy like the other 3 and you can only have 1 on at any time. This is an all rounder which increases your HP, physical attack, magic attack, crit rate, attack speed, cast speed, and accuracy. Great for using on characters who need the extra HP, but use both magic and physical attacks.




SwordsingerNumber of Buffs: 11
Icon Buff Name Description
Song of Earth This song increases your Physical Defence, generally this buff is used on all classes.
Song of Flame Guard This song increases your defence against flame/fire based attacks. This is useful for when fighting against Sorcerers or when hunting in high level areas such as ToI or Blazing Swamp.
Song of Hunter This song increases your crit rate by a large amount, this is a must have for any class that is melee based or range based but not mages or healers. I recommend having this on all daggers to increase land rate of skills.
Song of Invocation This song increases your resistance to paralize, stun, and dark attacks. Useful to have as a first buff, or when fighting against spellhowlers, necros, overlords or warcryers.
Song of Life This song increases your MP and HP regen, much like Regeneration but it has a higher rate of regen, if you can only choose one of the two, get this one instead. This buff is good for tanks, mages, healers and any other class that may need a single regen buff to keep up toggles.
Song of Storm Guard This song increases your defence against wind based attacks. This is useful for when fighting against Spell Howlers.
Song of Vengeance This song increases the amount of melee damage you reflect back at the enemy. This is a great song to use on a class that already has high reflect damage such as a Dark Avenger with their self buff reflect damage.
Song of Vitality This song increases your HP by a large amount, a must have for ALL classes. Keep it as one of the last buffs so you do not lose it first.
Song of Warding This song increases a players magical defence, use this when you decide to use magic barrier also. Always buff on a dagger class, tank, healer or mage.
Song of Water This song increases your evasion, generally used for on Plains Walkers and Abyss Walkers, but also good on Silver Rangers.
Song of Wind This song increases your run speed by a huge amount, this makes a huge difference in PVP but you need to have a swordsinger with you at all times as it is a 2 minute buff.

Icon Buff Name Description
Dance of Aqua Guard This dance increases your resist to Aqua/Water attacks, great when fighting a spellsinger or in high level areas such as DVC.
Dance of Concentration This dance increases your cast speed more than acumen. This is a must have for any class that uses spells such as Mages and Healers. Some classes such as Plainswalkers or Temple Knights or Sword Singers also use this so they can use entangle and heals faster.
Dance of Earth Guard This dance increases your resistance to earth attacks, such as root and other debuffs. This is fairly good when fighting a large number of players who will use many different debuffs on you in pvp. Best to keep this as a first buff if anything however.
Dance of Fire This dance increases the players critical damage, just like with death whisper, only use this if you are a ranged class or melee class but do not use this on dagger classes or mage / healer classes.
Dance of Fury This dance increases a player attack speed by a large amount. This is one of the must haves for any non mage/healer class.
Dance of Inspiration This dance increases a players accuracy and generally is used when fighting characters such as a dagger class or archer class (Plains Walkers mainly however). This should be used only when you need it to beat a certain class with high evasion. Only melee and ranged characters will use this, any magic caster or healer does not need accuracy. This is best to use in conjuction with Guidance.
Dance of Light This dance is just adds damage when attacking undead monsters so, you aren't going to buff it because it really just fails hardcore.
Dance of Mystic This dance increases increases your magic attack. A must have for any mage class but not very useful on a healer class.
Dance of Shadow This dance allows you to run around without getting agro from monsters unless you attack them. This is great for exploring areas or getting from one place to the other and allowing your party to follow without having to stay behind and fight monsters. This is a short buff however and needs to be redanced to keep it up. MP will be consumed continuously.
Dance of Vampire This dance increases several stats but also decreases one too.
